Right now, SKU swaps are handled manually so we can call you before bumping anything significant:
To add a SKU
Email kenny@hyder.me with the SKU name. We'll send a payment link prorated to the rest of your current period. Once paid, the feature unlocks on your dashboard within minutes.
To remove a SKU
Open the Stripe Customer Portal from /client/<slug>/billing-portal → cancel the specific subscription item. Takes effect at the end of your current period. Your access to that feature continues until then.
Hard rules to know
- Website AI Editor requires Website Managed. Removing Website Managed auto-removes the AI Editor.
- Ads AI Chatbox requires at least one Ads Managed SKU. Removing the last one auto-removes the chatbox.
