Canceling your subscription

Stripe portal walkthrough + what happens to your data.

Easy. No call, no win-back form, no chat-with-a-rep.

  1. Go to /client/<slug>/billing-portal.
  2. Click "Open Stripe Customer Portal."
  3. Cancel your subscription. Takes effect at the end of your current period.

What happens to your data

  • Day 0 (cancel): Your subscription is marked canceled but everything stays active until your period ends.
  • Day of period end: Dashboard access locks. Site comes down.
  • 30 days after: Your data is archived but not deleted. You can reactivate by emailing us.
  • 12 months after: Data is permanently deleted per our retention policy. Export your data before then if you want a copy.

Refund eligibility

30-day money-back guarantee from your first paid month. Setup fees are non-refundable past day 30. Email us if you cancel in days 1–30 and we'll process the refund.
